Heater for process fluid
专利摘要:
heater for heating a process fluid in which a cylindrical main chamber (14) has a number of high intensity burners (18) mounted therein to project products of combustion into the main chamber in a direction transverse to the axis of the main chamber. An annular secondary chamber (16) surrounds the longitudinal walls of the main chamber, a first set of heat exchanger tubes being provided in the main chamber and a second set in the secondary chamber. Gases flowing from the burners pass over the first set of heat exchanger tubes, and then through at least one inlet (43, 44) to the secondary chamber, where they pass over the second set of heat exchanger tubes and out through a flue outlet (35) at the top. A refractory shield (40) may be provided adjacent the burners to guide the gases from the main chamber into the secondary chamber, and a further heat shield (55) may be provided between the main chamber and the secondary chamber.
The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in installations for heating process fluid. Heaters are known that contain primary and secondary combustion chambers and heat exchange tubes located in the main combustion chamber for heating the process fluid ij. The disadvantages of these heaters are complex construction and high intensity. Also known is a heater for a process fluid containing a main and auxiliary chambers made elongated, filled with heat exchange tubes and separated by a screen having at least one connecting window, in the zone where high-pressure burners are installed along the chambers and at a distance from each other The output nozzles of which are directed perpendicularly to the axis of the main chamber, and the additional chamber is equipped with at least one opening for the flue gases 2. A disadvantage of the known heater is low economy. The purpose of the invention is to increase the economy of the heater. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the heater for the process fluid containing the main and additional chambers, made elongated, filled with heat exchange tubes and separated by a screen having at least one connecting window, in the zone of which along the chambers and at a distance from each other High-pressure burners, the output nozzles of which are directed perpendicularly to the axis of the main chamber, and the additional chamber is provided with at least one opening for the flue gases, an additional and the chamber has a ring shape and races is put around the main chamber, and an opening for flue gases taken opposite the connector Nome window. Each burner may be provided with a refractory screen inserted through a connecting window in the lower part of the main chamber and having profiled wings entering the additional chamber. . The main chamber may be cylindrical. In addition, the screen between the chambers can be made of slag wool lined with stainless steel sheets placed overlapping with the possibility of mutual movement. In FIG. 1 shows the proposed heater, a general view in cross. cut; in fig. 2 - the same, in a longitudinal section. The heater contains an elongated primary 1 and an additional 2 chambers filled with heat exchange tubes 3 installed along the chambers. Chambers 1 and 2 are separated by a screen 4 having connecting windows 5 and 6, in the zone of which high-pressure burners 7 are installed along the chambers and at distances from each other, the output nozzles 8 of which are directed perpendicular to the axis of the main chamber 1. Additional chamber 2 is provided with an opening 9 for flue gases, placed oppositely to the connecting ports 5 and 6. Chamber 2 has the shape of a ring and is located around chamber 1. Each burner 7 is equipped with a fire | Resistant screen 10, inserted into the lower part of chamber 1 and having shaped wings 11 and 12, entrance into chamber 2. Chamber 1 may be cylindrical. The screen 4 can be made of slag wool lined with stainless steel sheets arranged overlapped with the possibility of mutual movement. The heat exchange tubes 3 are connected in series with each other and can be provided with fins (not shown) and are connected to the inlet 13 and outlet 14 headers. Inside the chamber 1, the pipes 3 are arranged in bunches and installed on the supports 15. To reduce noise during operation of the entire device, plates 16 are installed on the walls of the additional chamber 2, causing a wave-like flow of gases. A duct 17 with a chimney 18 is connected to the gas exhaust port 9. On the front chamber of chamber 1 there are provided hatches 19, which provide access to the inside chamber for maintenance work. The heater also has supporting posts 20. During operation of the heater, flue gases generated by burning fuel in the burners 7 rise up into the chamber 1, then turn and fall down, the passage in the space between the pipes 3 and out through holes 5 and b. chamber 2, where the pipes 3 of this chamber are washed. The cooled flue gases are directed through the opening 9 into the duct 17 through the chimney 18 is diverted from the heater. The process fluid to be heated is supplied by a cut the collector 13 into the pipes 3 of the chamber 2, and then enters the pipes 3 of the chamber 1, in which it is heated to a predetermined temperature and directed through the collector 14 to the consumer. The implementation of an additional chamber in the form of a ring and its location around the main chamber ensures the compactness of the heater and increases its economy.
